United Concordia Dental is offering a Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Graduate Internship to gain hands-on experience in customer experience strategy, journey analytics, and digital optimization within a healthcare organization.

You will collaborate with leaders across marketing, product, and analytics, focusing on VOC data, journey mapping, and AI-driven insights to enhance member experiences and business outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day operating objectives.
• Undertake and participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or alternative proposals.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the objectives of the unit.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
