Job summary

WM is seeking a Specialist, Corporate Services to support the National Account program with high-quality customer experience across a defined book of business. You will liaison with sales, PMs, and internal teams to ensure service excellence and accurate client communication.

The role emphasizes documenting interactions, coordinating follow-ups, and contributing to program initiatives that improve satisfaction and connectivity across WM’s network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 1 year of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).

Responsibilities

• Assist the NAM (National Account Manager) and PMs in implementing new program initiatives including renewals, growth, acquisitions, and service changes.
• Attend QBRs with PMs and provide data and feedback.
• Maintain connectivity to the sales organization through meetings with NAM and PM.
• Manage multiple customer interactions from emails/tasks and follow up via email or calls.
• Coordinate with PM to support customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and resolve issues by engaging relevant WM departments.
• Escalate issues using defined paths to minimize service interruptions and misbilling.
• Prepare materials for client forums and assist with quarterly scorecards and reviews.
