Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Customer Experience Management, Human-Centered Design, User Experience (UX), Digital Marketing, Product Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Voice of Customer analytics, customer journey mapping, customer experience measurement, or digital experience analysis.

Aufgaben

• Analyze voice-of-customer data and journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in developing journey maps and experience recommendations.
• Support content and SEO optimization efforts and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate across CX, UX, digital strategy, and analytics partners to improve satisfaction and engagement.
