Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Google GECX Specialist to join the Cloud First / AGBG practice. You will work directly with clients, supporting senior architects, and contribute to end-to-end project delivery of complex, global GECX solutions leveraging Gemini and Google Cloud platform.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in technology transformation with focus on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
Experience with Contact Center technologies and industry best practices, including AI Agent building and CCaaS migration.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 12+ years total if no degree.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Google GECX aligned with architecture and business goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends to inform transformation strategies.
Identify opportunities to drive growth and enhance value of GECX solutions.
Work with clients to develop end-to-end delivery lifecycle for complex solutions.
Plan, estimate, and manage delivery with agile approach; coordinate on-shore/off-shore teams.
