Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) is seeking a confident, client-facing team lead to oversee the Attendee Data Management and Web Specialist teams that support our Global Conferencing and Events (GCE) function and its Event Planners.

This role is the supervisor to Attendee Data Managers and Web Specialists, accountable for daily delivery, service quality and development across online registration, attendee communications, event websites, data integrity and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience leading Attendee Data Management and Web teams.
Strong communication with clients and internal partners.
Proven ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop Attendee Data Management and Web Specialist teams.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of online registration, event websites, attendee communications, data management, and reporting.
Assign work, manage capacity, priorities and deadlines across multiple events.
Establish and reinforce quality standards for registrations, websites, communications, data and reports.
Serve as primary escalation point for delivery risks and client concerns.
Partner with Event Planners and stakeholders across end-to-end lifecycle.
Hands-on execution of select projects and SME escalation.
Maintain visibility into the event calendar to prioritize support.
