Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events is seeking a confident Attendee Data Manager (Registration Manager) to support our Global Conferencing and Events function and its Event Planners. You will own the day-to-day delivery of online registration, attendee communications, data integrity and reporting across assigned corporate events.

You will partner with Event Planners, clients, vendors and other support teams to deliver solutions aligned with planner needs and business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event registration or attendee management.
• Hands-on Cvent experience.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience supporting concurrent corporate events.
• Hospitality/meetings or agency background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of online registration, attendee communications, data management and reporting for assigned events.
• Partner with Event Planners and other stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
• Build and maintain registration sites, forms, invitations, confirmations, reminders and other attendee communications in Cvent.
• Manage attendee inquiries by email and phone, providing timely support.
• Maintain data integrity, perform quality control checks and deliver accurate reports.
• Provide concise status updates and solutions to clients, Event Planners and internal partners.
• Follow established processes, documentation and quality standards while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Maintain visibility into the broader GCE event calendar and collaborate with the team to support changing priorities and business-critical events.
• Provide onsite event support when required.
