  • Partner closely with Event Planners and other stakeholders throughout the end-to-end event lifecycle, translating event objectives and logistics into effective registration journeys, attendee experiences, websites and reporting solutions.

  • Act as a player-coach by directly executing select projects and providing hands-on support for key events, while serving as a subject matter expert and escalation point for the team.

  • Maintain visibility into the broader GCE event calendar to anticipate demand, align team capacity and prioritize support for key programs and business-critical events.

  • Guide the team through complex requirements involving accommodations, travel, room blocks, sessions, guest management, and other attendee logistics.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies early, and provide concise status updates and recommendations to leadership and clients.

  • Support team onboarding, training and performance development while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and service-oriented culture.

  • Maintain hands-on knowledge of Cvent, Excel and related event technology to troubleshoot issues and provide practical guidance when needed.
