Job summary

BCD M&E is seeking a confident, client-facing Attendee Data Manager to support Global Conferencing and Events. You will own online registration, attendee communications, data integrity and reporting for multiple corporate events, coordinating with planners, clients and vendors to ensure seamless attendee experiences.

You will manage registration sites, forms and communications in Cvent, handle inquiries by email/phone, and deliver accurate reports using Excel and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event registration, attendee management or a related event technology discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Cvent and managing multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of online registration, attendee communications, data management and reporting for assigned events.
• Partner with Event Planners and stakeholders to translate objectives into registration journeys.
• Build and maintain registration sites, forms, invitations, confirmations and reminders in Cvent.
