Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) in New York, NY is seeking a confident, client‑facing Team Lead to supervise the Attendee Data Management and Web Specialist teams supporting the Global Conferencing and Events function. You will balance hands‑on project work with people leadership, aligning delivery to client needs and planner priorities.

You will develop understanding of the end‑to‑end event lifecycle, manage multiple events, and act as escalation point for complex attendee scenarios while

Qualifications

• Experience leading client‑facing delivery teams.
• Extensive Cvent experience for event registration and attendee data.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Attendee Data Management and Web Specialist teams.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of online registration, event websites, attendee communications, data management, and reporting.
• Assign work, manage capacity, priorities and deadlines across events.
• Establish and reinforce quality standards for registration builds, websites, communications, data and reports.
• Serve as escalation point for delivery risks and client concerns, ensuring clear communication.
