Job summary

CSG is seeking a Customer Value Analyst to translate our platform strategy into measurable financial impact for clients. You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Analytics, and client teams to support ROI-driven value realization and scalable playbooks.

You’ll design practical measurement approaches, combine data sources, and turn insights into business narratives for senior leadership. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
• 3+ years in customer-facing B2C roles.
• Experience across digital channels driving revenue and cost-to-serve.
• ROI- and KPI-driven initiatives in high-volume or subscription environments.
• Hands-on data integration from multiple sources and control/treatment groups.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and BI tools plus SQL/Python/R.
• Travel up to 20% and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate value narratives for opportunities pre- and post-sale.
• Design measurement approaches, including control/treatment groups and pre/post comparisons.
• Turn data into actionable insights and concise business readouts.
• Influence cross-functional teams to align priorities and metrics.
• Develop reusable value tools and playbooks for ROI conversations.
• Provide SME on B2C operations and contribute to product roadmaps.
