NiCE is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in Value Realization Services to drive AI-powered Quality Management and Analytics initiatives for CX and CCaaS transformations. You will own business cases, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable ROI through strategy, analytics, and advisory services.

The role emphasizes executive-level communication, program leadership, and long-term client relationships to maximize value realization across NiCE’s solution portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a consultant in CX strategy, contact center transformation, Quality Monitoring & Analytics.
• Proven success leading consulting engagements that deliver measurable business value through CX/QM/Analytics tech.
• Strong understanding of CCaaS, analytics, Quality and modern AI CX capabilities.
• Highly analytical and data-driven with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver business improvements through CX strategy and analytics initiatives for customers.
• Lead consulting projects and manage senior stakeholder relationships across the engagement.
• Develop ROI models and business cases to quantify value realization and adoption.
• Guide cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with product implementation programs.
