Job summary

CSG’s Customer Value Analyst role turns our Customer Engagement Platform strategy into measurable financial value. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Analytics, and client teams to support practical measurement approaches and communicate insights in plain business language to operational and executive audiences.

You will focus on both pre-sale value consulting and post-sale value realization, enabling scalable playbooks, dashboards, and tools that raise ROI acumen across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer-facing B2C organizations in roles such as customer operations, digital product, marketing or product analytics, or related business operations.
• Experience across digital channel ecosystems and how journeys drive revenue, retention, and cost-to-serve.
• B2C ROI/KPI-driven initiatives in high-volume or subscription environments.
• Hands-on with Excel/Sheets and BI tools and at least one analytic language (SQL, Python, or R).
• Experience turning data into actionable insights and presenting to external stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ability to travel domestic and/or international up to 20%.
• English language proficiency in business environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate value narratives for opportunities pre & post sale; participate in discovery meetings and sales calls.
• Design measurement approaches (control/treatment groups, hold-out tests, pre/post comparisons).
• Turn data into actionable insights and concise business readouts for stakeholders.
• Develop visuals and narratives for customers and internal leaders.
• Influence cross-functional teams to align on priorities, metrics, and next steps.
• Develop and maintain reusable value tools and playbooks for ROI conversations at scale.
