Zusammenfassung

CSG is seeking a Customer Value Analyst to translate our Customer Engagement Platform strategy into clear, defensible financial value for clients. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Analytics, and client teams to design measurement approaches, combine data, and communicate insights in plain business language.

The role covers pre-sale value consulting and post-sale value realization, building reusable value tools and playbooks, and enabling ROI conversations at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in customer-facing B2C organizations in roles such as customer operations, digital product, marketing or product analytics, or related business operations.
• Experience with digital channel ecosystems (web/app/email/SMS/IVR) and how journeys drive revenue, retention, and cost-to-serve.
• Direct involvement in ROI- and KPI-driven initiatives in high-volume or subscription/recurring-revenue environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating data from multiple sources and using control groups or pre/post comparisons to estimate incremental impact.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and BI/visualization tools and at least one analytic language such as SQL, Python, or R.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to shape value narratives for opportunities and accounts pre & post sale.
• Design and support measurement approaches for programs, including control vs. treatment groups and pre/post comparisons.
• Turn data into actionable insights and storytelling for senior leaders.
• Influence cross-functional teams to align on priorities, metrics, and next steps.
• Develop and maintain reusable value tools and playbooks for ROI conversations at scale.
• Provide SME on B2C operations and financial drivers, contributing to product roadmaps and go-to-market messaging.
