Job summary

CSG is seeking a Customer Value Analyst to translate our Customer Engagement Platform strategy into measurable financial value for clients. You will partner across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Analytics, and client teams to support practical measurement and communicate insights in plain business language for both pre-sale and post-sale value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2C environments with ROI/KPI initiatives.
• Ability to design control/treatment experiments and pre/post comparisons.
• Strong data-to-insights storytelling and executive presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and CS to shape value narratives for opportunities and accounts pre & post sale.
• Design measurement approaches for JO programs including control vs. treatment groups and pre/post comparisons.
• Turn data into actionable insights and concise business readouts for stakeholders.
• Develop reusable value tools and playbooks enabling ROI discussions at scale.
• Provide SME on B2C operations and contribute to product roadmaps and go-to-market messaging.
