Job summary

CSG Systems is seeking a Customer Value Analyst to translate platform strategy into measurable business outcomes for clients and internal teams. You will partner across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Analytics and client ops to shape value narratives and enable ROI-focused playbooks.

You’ll design measurement plans, combine diverse data sources, and present concise insights to executives, guiding proactive decisions and scalable value tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, data science or related field.
• 3+ years in B2C customer operations, digital products, marketing or analytics.
• Experience linking customer journeys to revenue and cost outcomes with data-driven methods.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate value narratives for opportunities pre- and post-sale.
• Design practical measurement approaches and run pre/post comparisons to estimate impact.
• Turn data into actionable insights and clear storytelling for senior stakeholders.
