CSG is seeking a Customer Value Analyst to translate our Customer Engagement Platform strategy into measurable business value for clients. You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Analytics, and client teams to estimate incremental impact on revenue, cost-to-serve, and risk.

You will design practical measurement approaches, develop dashboards, and communicate insights in plain business language to executives, with travel up to 20%.

Qualificações

• Customer-facing B2C experience required.
• Experience linking digital journeys to business metrics.
• Ability to run control groups and hold-out tests.

Responsabilidades

• Turn data into actionable value stories for clients and internal teams.
• Design practical measurement approaches for programs and use cases.
• Develop reusable value tools and playbooks for sales and success teams.
• Communicate insights to executives in clear business language.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, Analytics and clients’ teams.
• Travel up to 20% domestically or internationally.
