Job summary

CSG is seeking a Customer Value Analyst in the United States. You will translate the Customer Engagement Platform strategy into measurable financial value by linking digital journeys to outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Analytics, and client teams to build practical measurement approaches and defend incremental impact on revenue and cost-to-serve. You will design playbooks, tools, and dashboards to enable scalable ROI conversations, both pre-sale and post-sale,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in B2C roles such as customer operations, digital product analytics, or related business operations.
• Experience across the digital channel ecosystem (web, app, email, SMS, etc.) driving revenue, retention, and cost-to-serve.
• ROI- and KPI-driven initiatives in high-volume or subscription environments (telecom, media, financial services, utilities, etc.).
• Hands-on data analysis using Excel/Sheets and BI tools, and SQL/Python/R to pull and explore data.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights and present to external stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Business English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to shape value narratives pre & post sale.
• Design measurement approaches with control vs. treatment groups and pre/post comparisons.
• Turn data into actionable insights and concise business readouts with visuals and narratives.
• Develop reusable value tools and playbooks to enable ROI conversations at scale.
• Provide SME on B2C operations to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market messaging.
