Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Training Specialist to connect customers with our software, enabling a smooth conversion and hands-on training throughout the process. You will travel to dealership sites about 80% of the time to install and customize the system and train personnel, while supporting customers remotely when not on-site.

Training lasts 2-3 months with observations, classroom instruction, and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with limited violations.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for videoconferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and convert software for dealerships (approximately 80% travel).
• Customize the system and train dealership personnel on usage of the solution.
• Provide ongoing support to current customers from home office when not on site.
• Conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.
