Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds seeks a Training Specialist to connect customers with our software, providing training and support throughout the conversion process. The role requires traveling 80% to install and tailor the system for dealership needs, and training key staff on use of the solution.

When not on client sites, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and conduct follow-ups. A 2-3 month training period is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with minimal infractions.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Train customers and support during software conversion and deployment.
• Travel with a team to install and convert Reynolds software at dealerships, customizing the system and training staff.
• Support existing customers from home office when not on the road and prepare for future trips.
• Conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers to ensure satisfaction and success.
