Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly convert to our Reynolds and Reynolds system and provide training and support throughout the process. You will travel approximately 80% of the time to install and train at dealerships and tailor the solution to each site.

When not on-site, you will support current customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and follow up with recently installed customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license; few violations.
• Reliable home internet with video conferencing bandwidth.

Responsibilities

• Travel to dealer sites (about 80%) to install and convert software and train personnel.
• Customize the system to meet dealership needs and provide training.
• Support current customers from home when not traveling and prepare for future trips.
• Conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers from the home office.
