Job summary

Distribution International is seeking a customer service professional to serve as the main contact for the branch, handling order support and product information for customers. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform basic math.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver license if operating a vehicle.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Process dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
