You will provide order support and product information, working closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes maintaining strong customer relationships, accurate order processing, and proficient computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world‑class service.
• Review dealer orders and system-generated acknowledgements; process requests as assigned.
