Job summary

Specialty Products and Insulation (SPI) is seeking a customer service oriented team member to be the primary contact for branch customers. You will support orders, provide product information, and work closely with sales, production, and delivery teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.

The role emphasizes a positive, professional attitude, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfilment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world class service.
• Handle dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgements.
• Take on any other duties as assigned.
