InteLogix is seeking a customer support specialist to engage with customers nationwide. You will be the first point of contact, addressing inquiries, guiding customers through solutions, and documenting interactions with care.

Ideal candidates are energetic, with excellent communication skills, able to work within defined hours, and committed to delivering best-in-class service while maintaining accuracy in documentation and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Typing assessment required.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work on phone-based interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone.
• Make outbound collection calls in addition to inbound calls to persuade payment on past-due accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Maintain understanding of products, services and policies to assist customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions across tools/platforms.
