Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a customer service professional to serve as the primary phone contact for customers across the country. This role focuses on solving problems, guiding customers to solutions, and maintaining product knowledge to deliver Best-In-Class service.

The candidate will work full-time with weekend and holiday flexibility, receive paid training, and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Able to stay engaged on the phone for the entire shift.
• Strong typing ability and keyboard proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and guiding customers through solutions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services and policies to effectively assist customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions across all tools/platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and elevate complex problems.
