Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and data analysis for data pipelines and reporting.
• Experience with Python and other programming languages.
• Experience with version control and functional testing.
• Experience with AWS Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Postgres and Oracle.
• Pursuing a BA/BS degree in CS or related field.
• Experience in or exposure to the education sector.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Support, Product Management, and Customer Success to understand products and processes.
• Provide technical support to customers and help manage incidents.
• Identify opportunities to improve incident intake, tracking, reporting, and knowledge management.
• Participate in testing and process improvement for support workflows and tools.
• Experiment with AI-enabled tools to boost reporting and productivity.
• Support customer success activities: materials, follow-ups, engagement tracking, coordination.
• Participate in customer success planning and account reviews.
