Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Customer Success to own a portfolio of midsize and large school district accounts within the PALS suite. You will lead implementation, drive adoption, and ensure ongoing success across Pearson’s assessment solutions, partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

You will build trusted relationships, deliver meaningful business reviews, and use data to inform expansion opportunities while supporting long-term retention and renewal.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer success in EdTech or K-12 education.
• Ability to drive adoption and value while protecting Pearson’s business interests.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure a seamless journey.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Success Plan for each partner and align milestones.
• Manage onboarding activities prior to go-live and coordinate with teams.
• Monitor account health, drive adoption, and reduce churn.
• Deliver business reviews linking product usage to partner goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Extract insights from data and turn into actionable partner recommendations.
