Orkin in Champaign, IL is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the friendly voice for our customers, handling requests, scheduling, and resolving concerns. You’ll support our field team and help ensure exceptional service with a strong emphasis on listening and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules; training will be provided.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize driving time and distance and suggest alternative routes as needed.
• Use listening skills and questions to identify customer concerns and needs.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information, call details, payments, and results.
• Reschedule unserved accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguard customers’ privacy and proprietary information.
