Orkin is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Administrative) to deliver exceptional service, schedule visits, and maintain efficient routes. You will work with a team to ensure accuracy, empathy, and timely responses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate a Windows-based and Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and propose alternate routes.
• Identify customer concerns through listening and questioning, and assess needs.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call details in the database.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
