Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and distance.
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs with active listening.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call details in the database.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and initiatives.
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
