Orkin Lombard is seeking a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to support customers and field technicians. You will coordinate service appointments, answer calls, and help ensure routes are efficient for timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare administration, dispatching, banking, scheduling, or office support.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule customer appointments across multiple service routes.
• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with service requests.
• Work closely with field technicians to optimize schedules and improve efficiency.
• Resolve customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service information.
• Monitor daily schedules and proactively adjust appointments as needed.
• Support operational goals by helping ensure technicians maximize service capacity.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
