Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver top-tier service from an industry leader with over 120 years in pest protection. You will field requests, schedule visits, and maintain efficient routes while upholding integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate Windows-based and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Schedule service visits and optimize routes to reduce drive time.
• Maintain accurate customer data and update call details, dispositions, and payments.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours and support branch satisfaction initiatives.
