Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure in Austin, TX is seeking an organized customer service coordinator to support daily operations, answer calls, schedule service appointments, and manage route deliveries.

You will maintain and enter data in NetSuite, assist with basic collections and bookkeeping tasks, and contribute to excellent customer care while upholding our standards of efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience.
• Route scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer service operations, including assisting customers and answering incoming calls.
• Schedule service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt.
• Maintain and enter data in NetSuite.
• Support basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.
• Contribute to accurate and timely customer communications.
