Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure in Indianapolis is hiring for an enthusiastic customer service/administrative associate to support daily operations, call handling, scheduling deliveries, and data entry in NetSuite.

You will assist customers, process billing tasks, and help keep our records accurate while working with a friendly team. If you’re energetic and focused on client care, this role offers growth and stability with a trusted water solutions leader.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.
• High energy and passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer service operations.
• Assist customers and answer incoming calls.
• Schedule service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt.
• Maintain and enter data in NetSuite.
• Support basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.
