Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work directly with customers, handle orders, resolve problems, and fulfill related needs. The role requires detail orientation, organization, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

The candidate will manage customer accounts, provide proactive sales support, schedule services and deliveries, and coordinate with service teams. A minimum of two years in customer service and proficiency with MS Office are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts.
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers.
• Schedule service and delivery orders.
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team.
• Contact customers for scheduling additional services or maintenance plans.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
