Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure is seeking a focused Customer Service Associate to support daily operations, answer calls, schedule service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt. You will enter data into NetSuite and assist with basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.

The role emphasizes energy, enthusiasm for caring for customers, and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment. On-site opportunities available in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.
• Position requires a great deal of energy and a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer service operations, including assisting customers, answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt.
• Maintain and enter data in NetSuite.
