Job summary

Northeast Power Dry is seeking a dependable Customer Success Coordinator to organize and coordinate daily production schedules. You will serve as the link between customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely updates and efficient job flow.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with attention to detail. Training and weekend shifts are included as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to work 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, weekends 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, overtime as needed, and some holidays.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily schedules for 10+ production team members.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians, crews, equipment, and service vehicles.
• Maintain the production planner and fill scheduling gaps.
• Plan efficient service routes based on availability, skills, customer needs, equipment requirements, and location.
• Provide customers and internal departments with timely job updates.
