Northeast Power Dry is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Success Coordinator to coordinate the daily operations of our production team. In this role, you'll schedule crews, communicate with customers, and help ensure projects run efficiently from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with dispatching or scheduling preferred.
• Strong listening and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work schedule for production team and project managers.
• Coordinate dispatching of technicians, crews, and service vehicles.
• Update customers with timely job updates and schedule changes.
• Maintain production planner and fill scheduling gaps as needed.
• Escalate scheduling or productivity concerns to management.
