Job summary

Northeast Power Dry is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Coordinator to organize daily schedules for our production team and Project Managers. You’ll liaise with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure on-time service delivery and timely updates.

This role supports a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and travel between sites as needed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to work 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, weekends 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, overtime as needed.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Punctual, dependable, and reliable.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly switch between tasks without sacrificing accuracy.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for Project Managers and Production Team.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians, crews, equipment, and vehicles.
• Maintain production planner and fill scheduling gaps.
• Plan efficient service routes and monitor schedules.
• Maintain attendance rosters for technicians and helpers.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment movement.
• Provide timely job updates to customers and internal departments.
• Escalate scheduling or productivity concerns to management.
