Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and reliable.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the daily work schedule for production team members.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles.
• Maintain the production planner and fill scheduling gaps caused by cancellations or rescheduling.
• Plan efficient service routes based on availability, needs, and location.
• Provide customers and internal departments with timely job updates.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment movement.
