Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash, ensuring efficient service delivery for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US. You will coordinate data, systems, and readiness across master data, SAP, pricing, and government programs.

Lead cross-functional partnerships with IT, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial; drive compliant improvements, manage risks, and align with industry discussions on NDC-12 readiness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field plus 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience with serialized, specialty, or 3PL‑supported supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, and regulatory interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for US portfolio; manage third‑party Ops escalation.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business models.
• Collaborate with IT, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial for tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, pricing, and government pricing workstreams.
• Align requirements and controls across interfacing functions (IT, Quality, Legal, Supply Chain).
• Lead integrated plans, manage risks, dependencies, and readiness metrics for PMO updates.
• Maintain Bayer readiness by tracking industry dialogues on NDC-12 implementation.
