Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations lead in the US market to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will drive continuous improvements, manage contract and audit inquiries, and coordinate readiness across master data, SAP, and interfaces.

You’ll partner with IT, Finance, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure compliant, efficient operations and strong customer satisfaction. This role requires a 5+ year background in pharma operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s with equivalent experience also acceptable.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including billing and cash collection support.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, serialization and pricing.
• Collaborate with IT, Quality, Regulatory and commercial teams for readiness and controls.
• Lead cross-functional plans, track risks and provide transparent PMO updates.
• Engage with trade associations to align Bayer’s readiness approach.
