Bayer is hiring for a supply chain operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. The role emphasizes data readiness, system interfaces and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant service delivery.

You will coordinate with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and external partners to drive process improvements and readiness activities.

Formación

• Currently deployed in a multi-disciplinary customer solutions role in Bayer Pharma Division.
• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialization or partner-managed supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, contracting and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation.
