Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market, ensuring reliable service delivery, compliant processes, and high customer satisfaction.

You will drive NDC-12 readiness by coordinating data, systems, traceability and pricing workstreams, and collaborate with account managers, sales, finance and logistics to optimize supply chain execution in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in a relevant field or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Pharma/healthcare customer operations and supply chain experience.
• Experience with regulated environments and serialized, specialty or 3PL models.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, reconciliation, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches, acting as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional partners to tailor solutions and strengthen customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
