Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations lead in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma, ensuring accurate billing, customer service, and cash collection. You will drive data, system readiness, and cross-functional coordination to support compliant, efficient processes.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma operations, SAP/ERP expertise, and a strong ability to coordinate with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience may be considered

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing teams.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, maintain risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths for PMO/leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and Bayer's readiness approach
