Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead in the United States to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience in a related role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain ops to develop tailored customer solutions; build relationships with account managers, sales and finance.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization and pricing interfaces.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and legal teams.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics and PMO updates.
