Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations and supply chain.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and serialized supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and master data management.
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into actionable actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection support; oversee third‑party ops at Accenture and act as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; advise on contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Legal and external partners; manage dependencies and controls.
• Lead integrated cluster plans; maintain risks, decisions and escalation paths; report readiness to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain readiness for NDC-12 discussions and reflect evolving external expectations and best practices.
