Bayer is seeking a operations-focused professional in the US market to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service. You will coordinate data, systems, pricing, and government programs while partnering with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory and external teams.

Formación

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed or 3PL-supported supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to translate regulatory, data and system requirements into practical actions across IT and business teams.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions for customers; build strong relationships with account managers, sales and finance.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness activities across master data, SAP, system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans; manage risks, decisions, dependencies and readiness reporting.
