Job summary

Bayer is seeking a seasoned operations professional to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage master data interfaces, and ensure compliant, efficient processes across data, systems and contracts.

The role emphasizes NDC-12 readiness, serialization, and collaboration with IT, finance and commercial partners to deliver reliable supply and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed or 3PL‑supported models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces and serialization.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions.
• Structured impact assessment, requirements gathering, dependency management and readiness reporting.
• Strong cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder management across seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, SAP systems, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory and Finance functions.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and maintain risks and readiness metrics for PMO.
