Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolios. You will drive readiness, governance and cross‑functional alignment to ensure reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, and Finance teams, plus engagement with external partners to optimize processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Familiar with serialized, specialty, or 3PL‑supported supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, and serialization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including order processing and billing.
• Coordinate with IT, QA, and finance for contracts, controls, and audits.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and marketing to improve customer engagement.
• Lead NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, pricing and government programs.
• Maintain risk, readiness metrics, and escalation paths with PMO and leadership.
• Align with industry discussions on NDC-12 and best practices.
